PARADISO Curaçao is designed as the island’s first full-scale entertainment and hospitality destination—an all-day ecosystem where music, culture, and daily life meet. Guided by light, transparency, and openness, the once closed-off structure becomes a welcoming, public-facing landmark.

Layout
Paradiso Curaçao is organized as a series of hospitality venues framing a large central courtyard. This open core acts as the project’s primary orientation device and social condenser, supporting both daily resort life and peak event moments. The layout emphasizes legible circulation, strong sightlines, and adaptable programming, unifying the destination into a coherent guest experience.

Ownership
Plu Property NV is a Curaçao-based developer dedicated to bringing new life to the island’s heritage—carefully restoring and preserving historic buildings within the UNESCO districts of Punda and Pietermaai. Backed by deep, hands-on experience in construction and renovation, we approach each project with respect for what’s original and a clear plan for what’s next.
All of our developments are privately funded through a family foundation with a long-standing, multi-industry reputation, giving us the freedom to invest patiently, do the work properly, and prioritize long-term value over quick wins.
